Web Changes11/1/05 - H&A Sudoku is updated. 10/27/07 - A prerelease version of H&A Sudoku is being made available to the public for download and evaluation with the intention that customer feedback will be provided during this preliminary period. 11/10/05 - Starting to add a humor section. I don't know what I was thinking of at the time. I'm sure it has something to do with those recreational chemicals that were so prevalent back in my college days. 10/30/05 - Due to popular demand, the 'Signatures' page has been expanded with examples. Lots and lots of email tag lines are available for the taking. Click here to go to Sample Signatures. 9/05/04 - Added an Outlook macro to auto swap email signature tags. Click here to go to Random Outlook Signatures. 05/06/04 - H&A Pocket Spider is released. 04/01/04 - Added a tutorial and example of how to create a deployment project for .NET Compact Framework 03/29/04 - Added a C# program to demonstrate the creation and use of user component controls. 03/22/04 - Added a C# program to demonstrate delegate usage. 03/19/04 - Added a C# ADO.NET example program that browses through all databases on a user specified server. 03/09/04 - Added two C# timer example programs. 03/01/2004 - Added a section under Developer Resources for interesting Web techniques. First to go into this section are two Cursors, a dangling elastic string and a real time clock. 02/25/2004 - Added H&A TimeClock to the products list for free download. This application is something that I originally wrote back in my Windows 2.X days because I was too disorganized to keep track of my daily time on a regular basis. I wrote this application to keep track of billable time for me. It's been updated over the years and I've been carrying it around since. Now it is available to the public. 02/22/2004 - We've just made the move to a new host and I'm going to take this opportunity to completely rework the web site. We're going to add some new features and expand the scope of the site. We're going to add a programmer's section. In this section, we will provide tutorials, tips, tricks, techniques and take questions. For a start, we'll concentrate on MFC and C#. As time and interest grow, we will add other areas. We're starting a new project - H&A's Vixen is an Outlook to LG VX4400 Phone Synchronization Windows application. The LG VX4400, despite being such a popular phone, has thus far been ill served when it comes to software to interface it with Outlook. There are a couple of commercial products out there but none of them provide the services needed by the users of this quite nice phone. None of them provide an easy to use interface into Outlook's contacts and the contact information resident on the phone itself that works well or completely. This application will address these short comings and provide users with the means to keep the phone in sync with Outlook without disturbing voice recognition, etc. Another new project - H&A's End Of Day is web based downloadable data service. We are going to be providing a web based download data service for people who want to acquire close of day trading data at an exceptionally reasonable price. This data will consist of the usual open, high, low, close and volume data for all traded stocks on the major exchanges as well as calculated values such as beta, rate of return, etc. Another new project - H&A's Miner is a follow on to End Of Day. Miner will be a Windows based application that will allow a user to view historical stock data and apply user defined scripts to filter or generate trade signals. |
